All orders ship from South Australia.

• Standard shipping: AU$8 flat rate
• Free shipping on orders over AU$50
• Processing time: 2–5 business days
• We currently ship to Australia & New Zealand only
• Tracking is provided for all orders

As all items are handmade, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue
• Faulty or damaged items will receive a refund or replacement
• Buyer pays return shipping for incorrect orders
